Biomimetic Dentistry: A Natural Take on Dentistry


One of the most overly used sayings in dentistry is ‘drill and fill,' but the reason behind this popular expression is based on fact and tradition. Since the dawn of dentistry, dental students around the nation have been taught the best way to treat problems in the teeth are to drill them out and fill them with artificial materials to stop the spread of infection and decay.
